This explains how Al Qimma for Communications & Information Technology (Qimmatech) handles data collected through qimmatech.com.

What we collect

• What you type in our forms: name, email, mobile, company and the details of your request.
• Anonymous visits: page, referring site, language, device type and approximate country — with a random id kept in your browser, no advertising cookies, and no IP address stored.

Why

To answer your request, prepare and follow up a quote, and to know how many people visit the site and where they come from. We don't sell your data or share it for advertising.

Where it's kept

In our internal systems (the Qlikat platform), transferred encrypted. Only our sales and support team can see it.

How long

Contact requests are kept while we have a relationship, and at most 3 years; visit statistics are kept in aggregate.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion by emailing support@qimmatech.com. We reply within 30 days.
